Paloma Elementary will be holding their annual Jog-A-Thon at Cerro De Las Posas Park, on Thursday March 19, 2015. The Jog-A-Thon is one of Paloma’s biggest events and fundraisers. The Jog-a-thon will go from 8:30 – 12:30 so you might hear the sound of children a little louder than usual. Paloma Elementary appreciates your understanding and patience as they promote the importance of physical fitness, school unity and student involvement.
If you’re feeling generous you’re welcome to drop by and donate money. The money raised goes to programs like music, good sports and teacher mini-grants. These programs strengthen lessons being taught in the classroom, boost school spirit and create a sense of community that nurtures our children academically, socially, morally, and physically. If students meet their $5000 goal they get to slime Mrs. Spencer, the principal of Paloma Elementary.
