The highly controversial San Marcos Highlands development project is back! A “Notice of Preparation of a Draft Environmental Impact Report” will be released this week or next. (If you live in Santa Fe Hills – San Marcos, CA, it will arrive in the mail). As soon as this notice is released, every person in San Diego County will have 30 days to submit suggestions and concerns about the project. On July 13, 2014, several people from throughout San Marcos met in Santa Fe Hills to learn about the San Marcos Highlands project.
